The Thang (Counting to 100) :

Run to the gate of Cates Creek Park and back to the shelter remember the order you finished.

First PAX  gets to select an exercise their reps are the only ones that count (Counting to 100) rest of PAX do more or less based on what they need. Once the PAX who selected the exercise is finished all PAX run to the gate and back rotate through in order that finished the initial run.

Exercises chosen were: 

Johnny dramas, LDCs, alternating shoulder taps, dry docks, side shuffle hop, squats, Merkins

Strangely no one selected burpees

Two rounds of:

Peoples chair (10 countdown line), pull of your choice (count of your choice) on playground equipment, 6 inch leg home (Ring of fire), superman hold (ring of fire).
