I have been wanting to do a musical themed workout for a while but wasn’t sure how the PAX would take it. My 20 year high school reunion is coming up so I figured as a guest Q I would do 17 year old high school Zook. I Set the scene of how cool I was back in the day (yeah not at all), gave the disclaimer to the FNG (YHC actually coached his son in a 5-6 yeah old kids basketball league so he knew I wasn’t a professional), added a disclaimer for explicit lyrics and we were off. Time to become NO LIMIT SOLDIERS!!!

BOM:

So I was trying to decide between Cash Money and No Limit for my music theme and my pastor actually gave a sermon one week about settings limits. Besides this giving me my motivation for music, the message he gave was really poignant. Basically he said that we have an enemy that uses our mind to tricky us into thinking we have limits. These limits then hold us back from doing some great things. I could go on all day with examples but I think we all know these fake limits we set for ourselves that always hold us back. Do you love the workouts but say you will never Q? Do you love the first F but not want to do any second Fs? Do you not go to the rabbit because you arent a runner? amrap because you aren’t a lifter? Stop setting limits and go do something great. Until next time. Aye!
