Iron PAX Challenge Week 4: Pick Your Poison

The Iron PAX challenge comes to a conclusion this week. We have had a strong showing, averaging 12 PAX per week. Let’s keep this momentum going from here on out.

Today, 12 PAX, including one FNG, posted in the gloom with their cinder block in tow. Week 4 of the Iron PAX challenge had been posted by the Greenwood F3 group, so we all knew what we had in store. The only unknown? What sweet tunes was DJ Floyd gonna spin this week?

The THANG: Pick your Poison
Each set would consist of 100 reps of two different exercises. After you did 100 reps, you would run 100 yards with a cinder block and back. For each set, you could choose which exercise you wanted to do, catering to your personal strengths. Each set was repeated 3 times and total time elapsed was recorded.

Set 1:
Cumulative 100 reps of either Merkins or Air Squats
Run 100 yards and back with coupon

Set 2:
Cumulative 100 reps of either Jump Lunges or Coupon swings
Run 100 yards and back with coupon

Set 3:
Cumulative 100 reps of either walking lunge or coupon thrusters
Run 100 yards and back with coupon

Do this 3 times and record time.
