YHC has been lazy recently with the BB, so naturally, it called for a first- a pre-blast! So here it is. YHC has the Q for The Rock on November 12th. I’m not a professional and have a pulled hamstring so I guaranteed no sprints and lots of upper body workouts. It’s going to be cold. It’s going to be great. Come get some in the gloom.
Pre-blast tip: wear gloves. We will be lifting rocks.
And here is a taste of the modified Upper Body Round Robin we will do:
- Merkins
- Situps
- Pullups
- Dips
- Presses
- “climb” with ruck
