Mosey to school’s drop-off lane
Bear Crawl – Derkin Ladder: Starting on one curb, bear crawl across the lane/road, turn around and perform one derkin. Bear crawl across the lane/road again, turn around, and perform two derkins. Continue to bear crawl back and forth until you reach 10 derkins.

Mosey to Great Meadows’ mini basketball court
In pairs, partner 1 performs jump lunges whereas partner 2 performs flutter kicks. Switch every 50 (single count). The goal is to reach 400 as a team.

The Spirit Bomb – AKA burpee pyramid:Perform burpees OYO starting at 1 and going up to 10 and back to 1. Short recovery between each set.
