Conditions: 54 degrees, thunder and lightning, no rain until the last 10 minutes
Circle up and start warm-up: 45 SSH, 45 Arm-circles (switch directions half way), 45 Squats, 45 Merkins
Move to the LONG parking lot.
 
The Thang:
Part A – Bear crawl five parking spots, then five merkins. Repeat until we have crawled 45 parking spots with 45 merkins.
Sprint to the top of the parking lot. Pax each grab a concrete block.
 
Part B – Lunge walk carrying the concrete block for five parking spots, then five squats. Repeat until we have lunge walked 45 parking spots with 45 squats.
Run with concrete block to the lawn on the side of the school. 45 burpees – last 15 burpees with the concrete block (“blockees”).
 
Part C – Mayan Pyramid. Objective: get 45 concrete blocks to the top of the 35-degree incline hill (our Pyramid). Rules: Pax must frog jump with the block to get to the top of the hill. With two-hands on the block, thrust the block forward into the hill, then jump with your feet to catch up to the block. Climb the hill using this technique. Repeat as a group.
Run with concrete block back to the bottom of the parking lot.
 
Part D – Lunge walk carrying the concrete block overhead for 45 parking spots. Bogey was a machine and almost made it the entire 45 parking spots!
Sprint to the top of the parking lot and drop off the concrete blocks.
 
Part E – 45 Chest-to-bar pull-ups using a metal railing while laying down. And, 45 dips on a low-wall. Alternating sets of 25 reps then 20 reps between pull-ups and dips. Finally, a 45 second balls-to-the-wall hold against the sports building.
 
Finish with Mary: 45 LBCs, 45 IC Flutter-kicks.
