When I began posting regularly, I did not post on the weekend. I said “that’s my time!” Now I do every chance I have, because that’s my time! I began frequenting TBR in 2017 when average attendance might have been 7. Fast forward and average attendance is at 20, there an hour EC, and a coffeteria that had 42 in attendance last week. Wow… that’s pretty much all I can say about that. Wow!

As WaWa pointed out that tomorrow is the longest day of the year. The Alzheimer’s Association is using the day with the most light to drive awareness to fight the darkness of Alzheimer’s through a fundraising activity of your choice. Research shows the exercise, diet, and good sleep can help you avoid Alzheimer’s by improving cognitive function. There must be something to it because I was able to remember 16 of 25 PAX by name when writing this. To put this in perspective, I once remember my age incorrectly for more than 6 months. Fortunately, I thought I was a year older so so when my kids corrected me it was like I got 6 months back!
