In January YHC ran a Modified 1/2 Murph for time with plans to do it again and a dream to spread it across several sites in Churham. I can state how great it feels to know that In the gloom today most Churham sites and a few in Carpex were playing along.

Die sides: 15 Merkins, 25 bicycles, 15 calf raises, 60 count plank,15 figure 8 jumps, crab walk, 15 butt kicks, 20 count rest, 10 jump squats, 60 line jumps 10 jump lunges, and 15 burpees.
