Happy New Year. 3 PAX braved the cold 65 degree morning to bring in the New Year in the gloom

The Thang

Grab 40# sandbag and 30# ruck sack and mosey to the bus line up.

One PAX puts on Ruck and carries sandbag around the car rider loop, while the other PAX do the following, then switch:

  • Crawl bear down hill to car rider numbers, Bear Crawl up hill to numbers
  • 2 burpees at 2, 10 squats at 10, 1 Merkin at 1, 9 lunges at 9
  • Repeat, with lunge walk and reverse lunge walk as travel

Next up is the plank relay, one PAX grabs the sand bag and runs to the number 2, 10, 11 and 9, while other PAX plank.

Mosey to the wall

  • BTTH for 20 count
  • Peoples chair for 19 count
  • repeat 2 more times

Mosey to the parking lot for another relay

  • One PAX shuffles with Ruck to curb and back, low squat hold static
  • One PAX shuffles with sandbag to curb and back, low squat hold static
  • One PAX runs to curb and back twice
  • repeat until all PAX have done all

Though I believe in setting goals throughout the year, the beginning of a new year is a good time to reflect on what we did the previous year and what we would like to do better in the next year.
