It’s 1/2 Murph season

YHC has a nagging injury that makes F3 difficult currently, Except when I Q. I can design the workout to my own strengths and hopefully expose none of my weaknesses. That would seem to work in theory at least. I was happy to see some familiar faces and all seemed eager on a chilly morning.

Warm up:

SSH x20

IW x20

WMH x10

Arm circles x10

The workout:

Mosey to the pullup bar and pair up. As a team achieve 50 pullups, 100 merkins, 150 squats

Mosey to the bus parking lot. Bear crawl the lot, then crab walk the lot

Back in your team achieve 200 merkins whilst the other partner holds Balls to the Bus

To the wall for 200 squats as a team whilst the other partner holds peoples chair
