Week 2 of the Iron Pax Challenge was the challenge this morning.
40 minutes of exercise meant we got right to it

THE THANG:
4 round of 8 minutes, 2 min mandatory rest between
Goal: Move Weight ( 25# cinder blocks) As Many Reps As Possible (Cumulative over all 4 rounds)
After each 25 reps mandatory 50 yard run (25 out then 25 back)

Man Makers (F3 Greenwood style)
Round 3:
Kettle bell swings
Round 4:
Squat Thrusters

Do to the 40 minute work out we did 2 merry laps around the parking lot in place of abs

Nubbin took us out with sentiments to be the light in our communities and throughout our day (Good word .. thank you sir)

As I was preparing for this and making sure we had enough weight for all the PAX I could not get my head around a good way to lead us in/out of the challenge today. All were gracious but next time I will figure out how to warm up our arms for such a beatdown. Now all those in attendance got a coupon to take home and can bring out to future work outs as needed.
I also forgot Name o ramma in interest of trying to get us out on time, next time call me out on that one!
