Pair Up in teams of two. One team member run to mid-field and back. Other team member start count up to 200 Push-Ups and 300 Air Squats. Switcheroo when team member returns from run.
Just a little bit of time left: So we bear crawl to the 18 yd line, sprint back, sprint to mid-field and back, then bear crawl to 18 yd line and back.
