After a 10 week hiatus due to COVID 19 restrictions, the House of Pain went live for a social distance workout. 8 PAX showed up at the usual time.

The Thang
The PAX grabbed steel and were careful to keep the same steel with them at all times. No sharing of steel.
All Pax in a line, proper distancing and walk to the top of parking lot with steel overhead, stopping at each island for the following:
Curls x 10 at first stop
Overhead press x 10 at second stop
Rows x 10 at third stop
Tricep extensions x 10 at fourth stop
Walk back down, same exercises but increase quantity to 20 reps
Then,
Walk back up, same exercises but increase quantity to 30 reps.
Bring your steel and take one lap around the church. Stop at each corner for the following:
Burpees x 5
Overhead press (with steel) x 10
Merkins x 15
WWII x 20
Squats x 25 (in front of church) with steel
Rinse and repeat but increase quantity
Burpees x 10
Overhead press x 20
Merkins x 30
WWII x 40
Squats x 50
Return steel and line up again.
Run to first island and do one Merkin
Run back to start and do two Merkins
Run back to first island and do three Merkins
Continue up the ladder until 10 Merkins
