Warm Up
This backblast will be about as creative as the workout, but it should it still effectively serve its purpose. As demonstrated this morning, a workout can be hard without being complicated or creative. Thanks for suffering through it with me. I never would have done it alone.

The Thang
- Mosey to top level of parking deck
- Completed a Merkin pyramid (up to 10 and back down)
- Completed 7 burpees on each of the 7 levels of the deck times 2, for a total of 91 burpees
- The remaining 9 burpees were completed during Mary so we could achieve my goal of 100
- Completed 200 squats total with a partner, while one PAX bear crawled and/or crab walked
- Upon leaving the parking deck, completed 20 cadence count dips
