With Banana Split talking it up all week, YHC knew that a beatdown was necessary. I turned to a long-expired Men’s Health subscription for inspiration. Behold, the 1000 rep workout, modified as necessary.

The Thang
So here’s how we modified the workout. We did this circuit 4 times. As a soundtrack, I shuffled a playlist with the seminal 1971 album “Who’s Next” by The WHO, and ABBA Gold. Fun times.
-300 Rocky Balboas (75-75-75-75)
-200 Overhead Claps (50-50-50-50)
-100 Joel Berrys (25-25-25-25)
-100 Peter Parkers (25-25-25-25) *switched from cadence to single count for the back half
-100 Lunges (25-25-25-25) *switched from cadence to single count for the back half
-50 Squat Jumps (12-12-13-13)
-50 Merkins (12-12-13-13)
-50 Tuck Jumps (12-12-13-13)
-50 Burpees (12-12-13-13)
