The storm had cleared and the temperature was perfect and 7 PAX assembled under the parking deck for my 1 year anniversary Q.  As YHC thought about the past year and all he had learned doing F3 he decided to make this Q as forgettable as possible.  So with that in mind we set out for a warm up of cardio from the balls to the curb and back with warm-up at each leg of SSH, arm circles, and WMH’s.

The Thang

OK so YHC really didn’t know what to do in the gloom so he brought out the F3 deck of card and all the PAX played cards for a while.  During one leg of card playing that involved running to the top of the deck YHC decided that since none of the other PAX came to YHCs birthday Q he would give them a little taste of that Q so 40 burpees were done at that point.  After a little more card playing it was time for mary.
