Don’t Get Hung UP

It’s been said that you should Q the exercises you hate or at least those you find hard. Why not then combine two of them? In this case, Top Guns and pull-ups which I like to call Hang Ups. One complete Hang Up entails hanging from the bar, pulling your knees up to your elbows and releasing them, then completing one pull up. Great exercise, but certainly not in Carnegie’s How to Win Friends and Influence People.

Partner up on the playground
30 combined Hang ups(hang from a bar and lift knees to bow, then pull up); one does his max while the other hugs trees

On the bball court…
BTW or handstand while partner bear-crawls/crawl-bears the court
People’s chair while partner lunge walks the court

Back at start partners took their turn at each.
1. Flutters holding block over cheat while partner Paints the lines with a burpee at each spot. Backpedal back.
3. Squat thrusters with block while partner runs to the street and back.
4. Block swings while partner does traveling burpees length of the parking lot and back.

Circle up
10 merkin ring of fire switch high and low plank each turn
Squat hold wave – pax in squat hold sequentially do one squat; then 2, 3, 4, and 5.
