YHC wanted to round out the week of Q’s in the Northern Province with something memorable for the PAX but also looking to increase milage called for a tweak to a previous Q that YHC learned from Buffay. Modifying the every minute on the minute burpee exercise was a little tricky to see how far we would travel around Hillsborough but YHC was up for the challenge and was assisted with some fancy programing of my watch.
5 Min warm up and introduction of the “Half” Coco

Run for 2 minutes then 1 minute to complete 10 burps/recover (scale as needed). Rinse repeat x12
3 min Mosey back to parking deck and 1 min superman hold to finish
