After much mumble chatter the night before YHC took the reins from an injured Spit Bucket to lead a tribute to Giannis Antetokounmpo (and yes, that is spelled correctly) coming off his first NBA Championship. Donning a way too tight #34 jersey we were all set to “fear the deer.” And of note, a good thing I didn’t agree to co-Q with Maraschino as a fart sack left us all (not) surprised at his no-show.
Warm-Up:
Mosey to the sheds by the practice fields to collect blocks only to learn the blocks had moved to the side of the school. Before heading back to the AO to gather blocks:

Using the statistics of Giannis both during Game 6 (only the 6th player to score 50 points or more in an NBA Finals Game) created a workout that built to a crescendo of a 50 count in cadence LBC finale.
We did 7 Rounds adding an exercise each round and ending each round with a lap around the parking lot.
