Uzi and YHC played a game of metal rock, paper, scissors to determine who would Q since the sheet sat empty.

As far as the workout goes, there’s not much to say…the PAX and YHC did a fairly standard hour long, impromptu, Carolina campus tour, hitting some usual suspects like Forest Theater (for a pleasant Jacobs Ladder of merkins and body weight squats with stairs, lot of stairs, in between), the Old Well, Polk Place, and the Union staircase.

But, the BB is worth posting anyway, if only to give credit to Malware for posting 5 straight days and 7 out of 8 since his first post a week ago (only resting on Sunday, as it should be). Double credit for getting his 2.0 out.
