Redo Round 1, then to Round 2, then 200m recovery run.
Next, do Rounds 1,2, & 3 followed by 200m run. And so forth through Round 10

Round 2: 10 IC merkins
Round 3: 15 IC Dollies
Round 4: 20 IC SSH
Round 5: 25 SC Squats
Round 6: 30 SC Gas Pumps
Round 7: 35 IC OH Claps
Round 8: 40 IC Mountain Climbers
Round 9: 45 IC FK — skipped this and went to plank for 45 seconds as we were running short on time
Round 10: 50 sec Plank
