Suicides across the tennis courts, stopping at each end line to perform

5 diamond merkins (20 total)

5 side plank merkins (right arm on the way out, left arm at home, 20 total for each)

5 diamond dry docks

5 reverse grip merkins

We ran it back, substituting Travoltas (3 each side) for side plank merkins. Didn’t have time for the last set of diamond merkins.
