We moseyed to Motorco where we did the following set of reps twice on the picnic tables:

Then we moseyed to Central Park where we did the same set of reps twice on the stone benches at the playground:

10 dips
Then we moseyed to CCB Plaza and did 50 squats under the watchful eye of the Bull
Then we moseyed to the Chapel Hill Street parking deck where we did two sets of up-and-down stairs all the way to the top and bottom.
Then we moseyed back to base for Mary, which consisted of 30 flutter kicks.
COT:
We prayed for strength and courage for each of us to face life’s challenges presented by marriage, fatherhood, work, and community. We also prayed for the strength to do the work of racial justice, prompted by the experience of multiple PAX in racial equity trainings.
