The Thang:
Deconstructed Burpees around the track
- First corner – 20 merkins, run back to start
- Second corner – 20 squats, run back to 1st corner – 20 merkins, then back to start
- third corner – 20 tuck jumps, back to 2nd corner – 20 squats, back to 1st corner 20 merkins, then back to start

Pain Stations
- Station 1 – the timer: runs a lap around the playground and yells switch when he returns
- Station 2 – the MONKEY JUMPER – made this one up last week (I think its original but who knows) – start in plank, jump your feet forward, do 1 monkey humper, jump back to plank, then back to monkey humper for 2, back to plank – escalate upward until the lap is finished. At best I got to 8 monkey humpers – that was enough…
- Station 3 – Man Makers w 10 lb weights – a burpee on the weights plus stand and OHP
- Station 4 – bear crawl drag a #30 ruck across the soccer field – when they yell time you switch and become the runner around the track
Update: melted dew and sweat combine – I am warm – several jackets are now tied around waist
Mary:
- flutter kicks, hello dolly, box cutters all x15 without dropping legs at all
