It was a little chilly this morning.  That, along with a late night of basketball for the faded blue enthusiasts, contributed to a lesser than normal Falcon crew.  However, this group of PAX would press on.  It looked like there were three for EC and as the other seven gathered, we set off to the tennis courts across the street at the park.  As we got into the lot, YHC did notice a truck parked and wrongfully assumed it was left overnight.  We began standard warmups that consisted of SSH x 20, WMH x 10, Hillbillies x 10, Moroccan night clubs x 10, and squats x 10.  At that point(or somewhere close to that), the truck headlights came on.  Maybe the creep wanted us to know he was there or maybe he knew that we were getting ready to run suicides and just wanted to provide some light.  We should have gone over for an EH…or not.  The PAX started with a suicide touching all six courts.  The next event was a somewhat ladder – run to first court, 10 merkins and back for plank.  Next was first court, 10 merkins, back, second court, 10 dry docks and back for plank.  You get the drift.  Now the creep must have had trouble seeing us in our glory so he turned on his brights.  Nice touch.  We finished all courts and added squats, jump lunges, tuck jumps, and finally burpees.  Now the lights were off.  WTF.  We decided on a change of scenery and went to the covered area for dips x 15, derkins x 10, dips x 10 and finally derkins x 8(cadence for all).  One last run by the tennis courts had us do a quick suicide race.  The first PAX did 5 merkins and ran.  A soon as the first started to run, the next was up.  We all finished and had time to run back for Mary.  We finished with boxcutters and LBCs.

Great morning to spend with the PAX.  Remember the Bull.  Elf mentioned the shirts should be here sometime in 2019.  YHC took us out in prayer.  have a great weekend and stay clear of a gray truck.  Wait, doesn’t Elf have a gray truck????
