Round one:  a One kicks or throws the football as far as possible (don’t aim for Flapjack’s M’s new car; aim for the dang Teslas!) and the Twos bear crawl to the ball while the Ones do tuck jumps.  Switcheroo and repeat x 2

Round two:  as above, change to crab walk and squats, repeat x 2

Round three:  as above, change to bunnyhop and nolan ryans, repeat x 2

Recover

Mosey to concrete path, five rounds of pull-ups IC and dips IC.  Wile E claims the dips are more difficult if one keeps one’s legs straight.  No other PAX appeared to test this hypothesis.

Run back to the parking lot.
