It was a pleasure to lead this group of men at Paradise, my alma-mater AO. We were missing our fearless leader and Site Q, Vice, and thoughts we with he and his family before and after the workout.

Dora 123:
Partnered up for a 100 push ups (aka merkins according to Elwood?!), 200 squats, 300 single count LBC with partners alternating a run to the top of stairs by the football field and back.

Pax gathered to mosey around the parking lot with 4 stops for trivia (backwards themed questions) as an excuse to do burpees, mixed in with sets of reverse lunges and reverse crunches. Coach K was successful at sparing the group from penalty burpees as he deftly recited the months of the year backwards. T-claps too for Shark Tank who was able to spell his name backwards, but we still did burpees to celebrate.

Satisfied that we were firmly the backwards mindset, we proceeded to commence with a “321 aroD” or backwards Dora:
Pax partnered again to complete 150 LBCs, 75 squats and 50 merkins, while alternating partner movement as Bernie Sanders out the the stairs, backward up to the top, and regular forward return.

We circled up for two rounds of there-and-back ring of fire:
Low squat hold with 3 burpeees clock wise and 2 burpees back counter clockwise
Plank with 3 merkins counterclockwise and 3 back around the clock

Green acres reminded us how teenage boys communicate, leading us in a round of 10 yes no maybes
Spooky led us into open water with a rousing Boat/Canoe/Motorboat(Flutter)
Spam worked our glutes down to a pulp with Plank Jacks
I made sure we were pulp free with more flutes and legs a la Peter Parker
Finished ‘em with Superman x 20
