YHC was excited to Q at Rameses and wanted to focus on Fellowship. Riddles, puzzles, scavenger hunts?…We settled on some good ole fashioned small talk conversation and we were going to find some things the PAX had in common with each other.

We broke up into three groups and were planning to have each group support and encourage each other as they completed three different challenges. Each group was instructed to complete each challenge in a rotating fashion. Also, each group was instructed to identify 5 things that the PAX for each group had in common with the each other and we would share at COT.
Group 1 – started with a Ricky Bobby run to Country Club, then down Laurel Hill to the back entrance to the Outdoor Education Center. Then rotated to the next group:
Group 2 – started with 5 sets of 10 reps of Derkins and 5 sets of 10 reps of Derkins & Dips , followed and 5 seats of 5 rips for …Then moved on to the Tar Heel Warrior Mountain.
Group 3 – started at the bottom of Tar Heel Warrior Mountain and used 5 different moving elements to ascend THWM to the Top Top.
Group one was a strong and fast group, so they got in an extra cycle while the other Groups alternated between a low squat hold and a standard or YHC was very sore, the PAX received some stretching and ab work.
We rotated through a low squat hold, a standard plank and a fundamental workout.

There was some great mumble chatter. It was fun to see, hear and feel the PAX getting to know each other a bit more. The PAX were great sports and happy to share their things in common and it was encouraging to hear and feel the fellowship. The First F is very solid in Churham as is the third F – faith. The PAX could demonstrate Fitness and Faith on their own, but the purpose of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Fellowship is the secret sauce of this thing and, arguably the human condition.
The Churham CSAUP is coming up! The Bull is coming up in October 10/30/31.
