The Thang
At my last post at Jolly Roger YHC took note of how many picnic tables are distributed around the school. This observation became an extremely flimsy “idea” for a Q. We would try to workout on every table on campus. YHC led the PAX in a lap around the school stopping at every set of picnic tables. Exercises were:
- The Dip X 30
- Erkins X 20
- Derkins X 15
- “The Cupid Shuffle?” (hold plank in derkin position for 20 sec, shuffle to left edge of table bench and do 10X shoulder taps, shuffle back to center of bench and do 10X shoulder taps, shuffle to right edge of bench and do 10X shoulder taps, shuffle back to center and hold plank for 20 seconds
- Bulgarian Split Squats X 15 each leg
- Step Ups with knee raise X 30 each leg
- “Erkin Parker?” (hold high erkin position, hands on table top not bench, and bring knee up to elbow like Peter Parker) X 30 each side
- Jacknife crunch (seated on table, legs hovering, bring knees to chest) X 20 in cadence
- The Dip X 30
- Bulgarian Split Squats X 15 each leg (not enough tables for all of the PAX at once so ½ did Split Squats with the other ½ did Air Squats, then switched)
- Erkins X 20
- Derkins X 15

Return to the front entrance of the school for 5 count Balls to the Wall and 10 count People’s Chair
