I miss ol’ Bernie. YHC played full court basketball over the weekend and did a lot of backwards running. Thinking aloud ‘this is awful, I should q this next time.’
It has been a long time since YHC had the pleasure of a big house q. We, those that reside on the same street and therefore typically do csaup EC together, decided to sleep in and meet for 5:35 for a light run to the AO. We wish we could all be as motivated as Rambler and Chef tell who rucked 4 miles with weights and sandbags before the ME. Bless those guys, they are the Briar Chapel neighborhood watch and self appointed militia. I sleep better knowing they are patrolling the crime ridden streets and chasing away undesirables whilst lugging weight from place to place. Those undesirables, of course are rabbits and deer that could possible devour our foliage and shrubberies.
17 PAX met in the gloom for a sub freezing workout. I know its sub freezing because Duplo was absent.

It is the giving season. Always try to do a little extra when faced with the day. An extra smile, greeting of respect, hold a door, help carry a load. Give some joy to a stranger and be the best version of yourself.
