  • EMOM for 10 minutes, 10 Merkins, wall sit hold until minute is up
• Power Hour
  • mosey to traffic circle
  • Use side walk for travel
  • lunge walk 1/4 way, 15 squats
  • bear crawl 1/4 way, 30 squats
  • lunge walk 1/4 way, talk trash to women walkers, 45 squats
  • crab walk back to start

Was watching a video on barstool the idea with your adult males talking about not being able to make new friends. Its crazy but that concept seems foreign to me. I know I was there at one point but being apart of F3 completely gives you no option but to make friends and do stupid stuff together. Thanks for sharing and thanks for being a friend. More guys obviously need that so invite them. Aye!
