My first F3 post was a Dean Wormer Q at TBR, and we roamed in a big loop around Kenan Stadium in small groups, stopping every now and then to do sets of the same exercises WHICH WERE PEER-LED IN A ROTATING FASHION, NIGHTSHIFT. TBR has welcomed a lot of FNGs this year and many haven’t Q’d yet, so I wanted to repeat this idea and give everyone a chance to lead and count.
