It was a crisp, clear March morning when YHC rolled up to the AO where 11 PAX were ready to sweat. We got started after Cricket kindly declared that YHC must have forgotten to don shorts this morning as he could see the light of the moon and several constellations reflecting off YHC’s sun-deprived upper thighs.

COT

YHC thanked the PAX for a great workout and their ongoing friendship through F3, then recognized the gift that it is to work out and be welcomed into a new day by a perfect sunrise. The theme of the workout was Up, down, and something in-between, named for the elevation change of each segment. YHC asked the PAX to think of this as a metaphor for life in that we are all in different places right now, but that if we work hard, stick together, and encourage our brothers, we can meet each challenge in stride (and perform with excellence too!). We are best together. Let’s keep reaching out and pulling one another along.

Until next time, AYE!
