Warm-up continued with a flap jack – bear crawl to half field, then switch to crab walk rest of the way. FNGs got first lesson that gloves, though not for everyone, might be a good idea for next time.

Introduced the FNGs to that F3 staple, the Dora – travel was backwards run to half field, run back. Partner sets completed.

Finally got the soon-to-be-named Overdub to shed his jacket at some point during these proceedings.

- Prayers for Mr. Brady as he prepares for cancer treatment. Cautiously optimistic prognosis according to Scrooge, and he’s getting good support from F3 brothers.
- Prayers for Fiddlestick’s cousin’s husband who is in the late stages of colon cancer. A celebration of his life will be held today with family and friends, and we hope that is a cathartic experience for everyone.
- Pep reminded about the kids’ triathlon that Bandcamp had mentioned today from 3-5pm at Eno River Farms. Some 2nd F opportunities there.
- YHC took us out.
MOLESKIN
The PAX who had posted once before got renamed Overdub. His friend from church who joined him is in fiber optics, which led us down a stream-of-consciousness rabbit hole to Regular courtesy of Pep. Good names! Glad to have them out and hope they’ll be back. Always an honor to lead this fine group. Aye!
