Bear crawl one side, sprint next side, 10 burpees. Pick up 6.
Lunge walk one side, sprint next side, 10 burpees. Pick up 6.
6″ hold at bottom of stairs. Staggering our start time, pax ran up, down, and back up the stairs. Squat hold til all in. Repeat.
Mosey’d to the side by the pool for some wall work.
• 10 step up each leg
• 15 10 split squats each leg
• 20 bench squats
• 25 toe touches IC
Back pedal the last side. 10 burpees.
Mosey’d back to Skipper Bowls Dr. SPRINT to the top of the hill.
