As we enter the end of October, local elections are upon us. While Chatham County has a better than average turnout in elections, I want to be sure everyone remembers to vote for the favorite candidate (hint: Vote Quimby (aka Brian Bock).

The Main event: Election Day is 11/6/18 

• Capital Hill sprint with Burpee: PAX Run up hill, do 1 burpee, return to bottom. Repeat with 2 burpee, then 2 until you reach 6. The back down to 2.
• The Pax mosey to picnic tables: 11 dips in cadence, 6 slow Derkins, 18 squats in cadence. Repeat for total of 3 rounds.
• The PAX enjoyed the first 1/2 mile loop run so we repeated one more time.
• Ring of Fire 2 trips around the ring 6 merkins each round
