The Thang:

Bear-pee ladder to ten (definition of Bear-pee: 1 IC bear crawl followed by 1 Burpee.  Escalate both exercises by 1 each repetition)

Mosey for a couple blocks.  Crabwalk a block. Mosey another block.

Reverse Bear-pee ladder to 5 (definition of reverse Bear-pee:  1 crawl bear in cadence 1 walmart burpee. Escalate both exercises by 1 each repetition)

Usain bolts around the block for about four rounds: don’t remember all of them but I do remember making the mistake of calling on Grunge first who immediately called for more Walmart burpees.
