The Thang:
Mosey to Kildaire Rd and then traveled the 6 roads leading to the village circle. Top performers got to either pick up the 6 or hold treehugger or an elbow plank while everyone finished.
- Kildaire Rd – 20 squats, lung walk up the hill, 10 perfect form Merkins, 5 burpees.
- Aberdeen Rd – 20 Derkins, Bear Crawl up the hill, 10PFM, 5burps
- Brookgreen Dr – 20 Mountain Climbers, high knees up the hill, 10PFM, 5burps
- Greenview Dr – Push-back push-up, partner wheel-barrow up the hill, 10PFM, 5burps
- Aberdeen Dr – 20 squats, partner carry up the hill, 10PFM, 5burps
- Kildaire Rd – 20 Carolina Dry Docks, crab walk up the hill, 10PFM, 5 burps
