20 Lunge burpees, run 200yds, pick up 6

20 plank jack burpees, run 200yds, pick up 6

20 spiderman burpees, run 200yds, pick up 6

20 one leg burpees, run a lap, pick up 6

20 other leg burpees, run 200yds, pick up 6
