Warm Up:

The thang: Count off by 6’s, purely for memory purposes because YHC can’t remember 12 exercises. Using the 6 corners of the soccer field as stations, we randomized the stations by rolling the dice. The dice was rolled 2 times. The first time told us which station to go to and the second dice told us the mode of travel to the next station. The number of reps at each station was usually determined by the first dice roll. We rolled the dice and hit the stations for about 20 minutes before YHC started rolling on a hot streak (aka cheated) to make sure we got to hit each corner, and to make sure we hit the burpee station one last time. Following the dice games we mosyed to the wall to do some homer to marge and wall kicks to make sure our hamstrings were not neglected.
