This was my first Q at Jolly Roger. If you haven’t made it out yet, you need to. It is a great site with a ton of possibilities.

13 PAX showed up for to be smoked by yours truly. Started out with a Warmup:

• SSH
• Willie Mays Hays
• Good morning
• Little baby arm circles

Merkins

Mosey over to the tennis courts. PAX went through 2 round of bear crawls to the end of one court: 10 standard merkins. Bear crawl to the next court: 10 wide grip merkins. Bear crawl back to start, stopping at the end of each court: 10 diamond merkins and 10 merkins with a plank jack. There was a bit of grumbling from the crowd. For some reason the PAX didn’t want a third round.

Mosey to the track. PSA- there are many loose boards on the deck of the pirate ship (Funny Money can attest the speed bumps are well camouflaged)

Started at the halfway point. Run to other halfway point on other side. PAX completed:

• 20 Merkins
• 20 WWII
• 20 Squats
• 20 lunges each leg

PAX continued around the track back to the start. Decreased above reps by 5, continuing to zero. We then ended with on lap around the track.

Finished with a quick Mary:

• Flutters
• Freddie Mercury
• LBCs
• Ring of fire 5 count high and low plank.
