My mom used to do Sweatin’ To The Oldies when I was young and occasionally I would join her partly to be smarty pants but sometimes to just spend time with her doing something silly. I can honestly say I was once a Richard Simmons fan, and honestly the guy is a genius and made a bajillion dollars doing it. Also, I just recently listed to a podcast on the Richard Simmons called ‘Missing, Richard Simmons’ so it was fresh on my mind. YHC is a podcast junkie and currently seeking help for his addiction. Armed with some Richard Simmons moves and some Oldies in the playlist, Let’s Sweat!!

Line up in Derkin position along the Park wall. One at a time bear crawl across the park to the bench, complete 10 erkins and bear crawl back. Pax waiting, hold plank or do derkins.

Mosey to Salisbury Street
Traveling burpees with ascending jumps

Line up on parking lot embankment in derkin position. Going down the line each pax count off 10 derkins for the group, moving feet up between each pax.

Bear crawl one block past the graveyard

Mosey over to Carr Amps
Repeat the derkins thing moving feet up between each pax
Bear crawl across the parking lot

Mosey to West Street
Line up in Derkin position on sidewalk wall
first pax does 5 derkins then does a tunnel of balls to the end of the line, repeat all the way down the wall

Mosey to Courthouse
Stopping to do 20 derkins on the chain

Courthouse
Pax hold BTTW while one pax bear crawls with bricks, switch till all pax are gone.
Pax hold PC while one pax Lunge Walk with bricks, switch till all pax is gone
