The Thang – Devils Mile
Wanting to utilize the new lights in the parking lot instead of the cluttered track we improvised on distance. Each movement would be the length of the parking lot.

Repeat (this time we were headed the opposite way on each round to make sure we got the incline on each round)

It is an honor to continue to come out and lead and push myself further because of this group of men who show up to better ourselves and one another. Today was a hard exercise without a lot of reps or traditional “workout” but movement, it was great to see everyone picking up the 6 and pushing thru showing what an F 3 workout is about.
