The Thang
The Will: Battle Buddy Workout
YHC had PAX bring or borrow cinderblocks to complete the workout with modifications as necessary
10 Rounds
- 10 Ruck Squats
- 10 American Ruck Twists
- 10 Merkins
- 10 Ruck High pulls
Partner up after round 5 the pair took weight (sandbag or otherwise) on 1/2 mile loop between the middle and high school back down the path near the track back to the starting point. Repeat after Round 10 (same partner, same weight)
