At Huffy’s suggestion, went with an oldie but a goodie: the good, ole Deck of Discomfort.
Hearts = Burpees
Diamonds = Hand-Release Merkins
Spades = Jump Squats
Clubs = Hammers (IC)
Face Cards = 15 reps
Aces = 20 reps
All in, equals 119 reps per exercise.
We added a recovery lap after every twelve cards. We had six cards remaining when we hit time. Thanks to the men who stayed and dealt with those final six cards.
