YHC was a little nervous about having the Q this morning because I hadn’t really exercised for a week +. But spending mornings at the Vortex with a great group of PAX is always enjoyable.
Warmup: SSH, WMH, IW, HB, ACs, MC, Slow merkin, and fellowship lap.
The Thang: Blackjack
PAX started on the endline of soccer field. Ran to halfway line and performed 1 Merkin – ran back to endline – performed 20 LBCs. Ran back and did 2 Merkins. Ran back for 19 LBCs. Repeated until did 20 Merkins and 1 LBC, running between the halfway line and endline. Total reps always adds up to 21 – BLACK JACK!
The Thang 2: Elevens
PAX started on the endline of the soccer field. Lung walk to 18 yard line and perform 1 Dry Dock – lung walk back to endline – perform 10 WWIIs. Lung walk back and do 2 Dry Docks. Lung Walk back and do 9 WWIIs. Repeat until did 10 Dry Docks and 1 WWII. Reps always added up to 11. Modified mode of travel to backwards run because of time.
