Main Event
Partner up, grab a block and Mosey to the one way stop sign
Round 1: One partner runs around circle Once they reach startex, they turn around and run to partner.
At same time partner walks while carrying cookie(block) overhead. If PAX lowers cookie below their head, they stop where they are and do AMRAP merkins until running partner can get to them.
Once partners meet, switch who carries cookie and who does same run. Continue until full circle complete
20 SSH IC, 5 burpees OYO
Round 2: flapjack who starts and repeat round 1
25 Squats, 5 burpees OYO
Round 3: First rounds went faster than expected so this time person with cookie takes 4 steps and does a squat while partner runs. did half circle and then flapjacked
Return block and head to curb for one partner lung walking parking lot while sprints to end and back. flapjack once partners meet but do 2 burpees before starting to lunge walk. Did this twice
