On June 2nd 2021 YHC was the heaviest he’s ever been & way out of shape, after sitting on his ass for two years of isolation & working from home. On that day he made the decision to wake up at o-dark-thirty and head out to Circle City to see what this F3 cult that he read about on the “interwebs” was all about, what he found was a memorable BumpDraft Q beatdown & was christened “Montecristo” honoring the famous Cuban Cigar. After many subsequent beatdowns he’s still motivated as ever to wake up at o-dark-thirty and meet up with a great bunch of guys that will push him and support him to keep going when his mind starts to give-up not wanting to run that next 100 yds. To show his appreciation and honor these men, he put together this little workout routine, SYITG!

- 1 burpee at first marker and bear crawls to 2nd marker,
- 2 burpees and bear crawl to 3rd marker,
- 3 burpees and bear crawl back to 1st marker.
- Rinse and Repeat x 3. Named Bearmuda Triangle as it has been known to mysteriously lose some pax along the way.
