YHC had his mind blown a bit by a recent Shooter Q at Kenan, where he utilized the circular ramps that connect the lower level with the upper level at Kenan and filed it away for a future Q. The Tar Heel Football team found a creative way to lose another game vs. the Hokies losing in 6 OTs in the longest game in ACC History. Nonetheless, there is an excitement around the program and some prognosticators think Coach Brown can lead the Heels to five wins to finish off the regular season. YHC was going to convey how exactly that was going to happen.

The Thang
Ramp 1 – YHC hates the wheel barrow exercise and a win over Duke (who has won the last three games in the series) is going to require teamwork and embracing the suck…so on Ramp 1, we did partner wheel barrows 3 times up the ramps to exorcise the demons.

Ramp 2- The oldest rivalry in the South (playing for the 124th time on 11/2) is the UNC-UVA Football rivalry…and a win is going to require a lot of running and scoring, so we sprinted up the 2nd ramp one time as UVA won the last game in the series, so only one rep.

Ramp 3 – UNC has dominated Pittsburgh since they entered the ACC, winning 6 straight in the series – and it won’t be quite a cake walk, but YHC decided to have the PAX do one lap of lunge walks up Ramp 3.

Ramp 4 – Pretty straightforward….Mercer Bears – Bear Crawl up Ramp 4

For the regular season finale vs. NC State, we relived the epic Giovanni Bernard punt return vs. the Wolfpack to win the game in 2012 – No He’s Not, Yes He is – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1gQ7tVlMruo . Given that our friends in Raleigh have won the last three in the series, we did 3 sprints.

As the Heels won out and won the coastal in this scenario, we got a rematch vs. Clemson in the ACC Championship Game and we did traveling burpees up the narrow path from the Loudermilk Lot up to the Blue Zone North Gate to simulate a chaotic diving for the onside kick that was recovered by the Heels in the 2015 ACC Championship, but was called back to an inexplicable off-sides call. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWC4pykGVos

Since the Heels won the ACC Championship game and got to play Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl and did 5 burpees OYO.
