THE THANG:
“Argyle Uniform” Field Drills – cones set up in a zig-zag pattern across the width of soccer field
– side-shuffle from cone to cone (down and back x2)
– skaters (down and back x1)
– bunny hop (down and back x1)
– backwards shuffle (down and back x1)
“Triple Threat” Team Exercises – group broken into teams of three and the members of each team took turns rotating through the following exercise sets:
Round One
- Hill Exercise – Bear Crawl w/ 10 merkins at top (AMRAP)
- Core Exercise – WWIIs (AMRAP)
- Run one lap around perimeter of soccer field carrying weight (35, 45, or 50 lb)
Round Two
- Hill Exercise – Crawl Bear w/ 10 merkins at top (AMRAP)
- Core Exercise – Freddy Mercurys (AMRAP)
- Run one lap around perimeter of soccer field carrying weight
Round Three
- Hill Exercise – Bounder Jumps w/ 10 merkins at the top (AMRAP)
